Kaitlyn Steger joined the Harrison Group team in 2022 as an intern working with the HGI Construction team while studying Marketing at the University of Iowa. As a member of our construction team, Kaitlyn is working closely with construction professionals every day to identify the best possible matches with client needs.
As a recruiter, Kaitlyn enjoys meeting and working with new people, learning about their goals and helping them take the next step towards those goals. She likes the opportunity to challenge herself and hopes that she can leave a positive impact on the day of everybody she interacts with.
