The Harrison Group team of Construction Recruiters has partnered with a full-service construction and real estate company to help them add a strong operations leader to their Mankato location. This organization is a strong name in the market and has an established team that is second to none.
This position will be responsible for providing operational leadership of the Mankato division including managing P&L, Budgets, day-to-day activities, and project teams. They will work closely with various teams and company leaders to develop operational and business development goals and implement solutions to help achieve them.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience
- 4-year CM, marketing, engineering, finance, or related degree preferred
- Timberline/Sage 300 Estimating and Procore software experience a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong business development skills and experience in account management
