The HGI construction team is partnering with a developer of premium multifamily projects focused in the Southeastern United States. This organization has a strong portfolio in the Atlanta area and is starting to expand. They are looking for self-motivated individuals who want to help us grow their company and their reach, and advance your career alongside them.
This position will be responsible for providing on-site management over the construction process from the design phase through to closeout. They will also monitor safety and quality to ensure they are up to standard. This position will interact with clients regularly to define project expectations and provide regular updates on the progress of the project.
Qualifications:
- 4+ Years of Construction Management Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a construction-related field
- Significant experience building Multi-Family projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
