Our client is a $2 billion national General Contractor looking to add a dynamic and experienced construction leader to their team as a Director of Construction. This organization has a backlog of over $200 million in local commercial and municipal projects.
As the Director of Construction, you will play a pivotal role in the future of the organization. You will lead and develop teams of project managers, preconstruction managers, and field managers while fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. Collaboration with national leadership will also be essential to leverage our existing relationships for local success.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams
- Strong relationships in the Indianapolis construction market
- P&L experience with similar size of office
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
