The Harrison Group Manufacturing team is partnering with a dynamic manufacturing organization to bring on a Director of Maintenance. This organization is an industry leader and have grown substantially in their market with their focus on excellence in innovation, operations, and customer service.
The role will be a critical member of the Plant Operations leadership team and will oversee the maintenance function, leading the strategy and execution of the short and long-term projects. They will also work closely with the leadership team to improve performance standards through education and development and ensure plant policies are followed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Six Sigma or Lean Certification
- 10-15 years’ experience managing plant maintenance, supporting a fast-paced, growth-oriented manufacturing environment; experience in food manufacturing preferred.
- Experience with sophisticated packaging equipment in the consumer-packaged goods industry preferred.
