We are working with an established Manufacturer in the Northern Illinois Market to bring on an experienced Engineering Manager. This organization has been consistently growing recently and has a large backlog of orders and needs a strong leader to join their team to standardize their processes, increase their team’s efficiency, and continue their growth.
This position will be the go-to resource for the Engineering team, they will also be responsible for finding opportunities for improvements in their engineering process and increasing their overall efficiency. Qualifications:
- 10+ Years of Engineering Experience
- Strong experience in SolidWorks or 3D CAD
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong machine or equipment design background
