A well-established developer/builder is utilizing the expertise of the Harrison Group team of Construction Recruiters to help them add a Lead Superintendent to their growing team. This organization primarily builds ground-up hotel projects ranging from $20-$100M. They currently have a strong backlog of projects and have realistic scheduling expectations that can actually offer a comfortable work/life balance.
This position will be responsible for leading the project site on a daily basis, coordinating subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspections, and providing overall planning for a successful project. They will work closely with subs, inspectors, the design team, and various other teams on the site to ensure project progress on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- 7+ Years of field supervision experience
- Experience building ground-up projects of $20M+
- Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Strong communication and organizational skills
