This position will be responsible for building, developing, and managing a group of Internal Wholesalers. They will work closely with Sales Desk management to implement improvements to policies, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency and deliver high-quality service to customers.
Qualifications:
- Both life and annuities experiences preferred
- 5+ Years’ experience in the financial services industry
- Industry designations preferred (FLMI, CLU, ChFC, CFP)
- Strong sales experience and knowledge of distribution channels
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
