The HGI Construction team is partnering with an organization that has been a staple in the Midwest construction market for over a century to bring on a Sr. Project Manager to their team. As this organization continues to grow, they are creating some very exciting opportunities for motivated and experienced leaders to plant new roots for the company and be part of the establishment of a new office in the Eastern Iowa Corridor.
This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process from design through closeout. They will supervise all levels of project teams, manage and direct subcontractor activities, and ensure project quality and site safety standards are being met. This position will interact with clients, ensuring satisfaction as well as keeping projects progressing on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- 10+ Years of Project Management experience
- Experience leading large commercial projects
- Ability to interface with clients, build relationships and help bring in new business
- Strong leadership skills, able to build and develop a team
