This position will be responsible for leading a team of more junior PMs through the construction process. They will create and update schedules, work on the bidding of future projects, and coordinate with various teams on the site to ensure projects are progressing on schedule, within budget, and safety standards are being met at all times.
- 7+ Years of Project Management Experience
- Experience building Life Science/Healthcare/Multifamily projects
- Must have ground-up experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
