An A+ rated Insurer with over 170 years of dedicated service to their clients has partnered with the HGI Financial Services Recruiting Team to help them add a Senior Underwriter to their team. The Senior Underwriter position will be responsible for managing all aspects of the underwriting process for individual life products with up to a $10M approval limit. They will work closely with junior underwriters to provide mentorship, training, and development coaching to continue the growth and success of the underwriting department.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Individual Life Underwriting experience
- Approval limit of $2M+ required
- Designations preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
