As a member of our Data Strategy and Research team, you will be on the front lines of supporting our growing sales team.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Partnering with our sales team to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective search process
Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
Sourcing candidates from a variety of online resources
You will partner with 2 other members of the Data Strategy and Research team who are there to help train you and prepare you to succeed
Developing and implementing marketing and graphic design initiatives
