We are working with a large General Contractor in the DMV market to bring on a Superintendent to their team. This organization has a presence throughout the east coast and has a well-established reputation for delivering high quality product to their clients.
This position will be overseeing onsite construction from start to finish, supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of construction. As well as working with all construction teams to ensure safety standards are being met and the budget is being followed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Commercial Construction Experience
- Experience supervising ground up projects of $25M+
- Experience navigating and resolving construction challenges
- Strong communication and organizational skills
