Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for commercial and industrial projects, aligning with the company's overall goals and growth targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the commercial and industrial construction sectors.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, real estate developers, and other stakeholders to secure new business and foster long-term partnerships.
- Opportunity Management: Oversee the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of new project opportunities, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of business development professionals, providing support and direction to achieve performance goals.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and manage contracts and partnerships to maximize business opportunities and secure favorable terms.

Qualifications:
