The HGI team is actively seeking to bring a high-performing Recruiter to join our team. HGI has been a go-to name in executive search for over 45 years. We have strong networks across the country in the Construction, Manufacturing, and Financial Services spaces and are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team and make an immediate impact in one of our markets.
This role requires existing relationships within one the HGI target markets, Commercial Construction, Manufacturing, or Financial Services that could be leveraged to bring in new business. An integral part of this role is relationship management – networking and building strong partnerships with senior executives (as potential candidates or clients) and assessing them against the client’s requirements.
