As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring profitability, quality, and safety while fostering positive relationships with clients and design professionals. Working closely with onsite Project Superintendents, you will oversee all field crews, material suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver projects exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate pre-construction meetings with Owners, Architects, and project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Project Superintendents to develop and update project schedules.
- Conduct weekly onsite meetings with project teams and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
- Plan equipment, materials, and labor resources in coordination with Yard Superintendents and Field Resource Managers.
- Maintain project cost spreadsheets and manage purchase orders, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and proposals.
- Facilitate project closeout processes and documentation for seamless turnover to Owners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience with general contractors or construction management firms, managing new construction projects exceeding $10M.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
