Contingency Search

We know your most valuable asset—your people. With contingency search we can provide full-time employees to you as they are discovered by our expert recruiters. Pay staffing fees only after we find you the right employee.


Engaged Search

Also considered ASAP Searching, we put a dedicated team on your search to find you the right candidate as quickly as possible. Engaged Search is best for sudden disruptions in your work flow. Engaged Search requires a partial up front fee.

Recruitment Process
Outsourcing (RPO)

If your organization needs to bring on a significant amount of new talent in the coming year, an RPO agreement can help your team grow with access to the market’s top talent, and a team of high performing recruiters working to build your team.



Designed to fulfill both individual search assignments and ongoing openings, full payment isn’t required unless the position is filled.

Don’t let unexpected resignations, hiring freezes, or complex hiring processes bring your organization to a stand still. Turn to our contingency search solutions to help your organization stay fully staffed and not miss a beat.

There is no financial commitment required to initiate this type of search.

This allows you the opportunity to “test” us as an Executive Search Partner, and is a good way to stay aware of top talent as it becomes available. The fee is a percentage of first-year earnings, payable when the candidate starts employment.


A dedicated search team fills your position within a specified period of time.

If your need is more immediate, or the talent’s skills more in demand, we can dedicate a team of professionals to focus exclusively on your specific solution. In return for a small engagement fee up front, you will receive a complete, customized search action plan. Your engaged search is our top priority.

This plan is for an urgent situation, or for a sensitive case in which confidentiality is paramount. We serve as your company’s directed recruiting resource. The fee is computed at a percentage of the offer letter, which includes base salary and realistic bonus for the first year. You pay us one-third to initiate the search, one-third when candidates are presented, and the remainder when the candidate begins employment.



Whether you need a single person, or to build a full team on an interim basis, Contract Solutions offer increased flexibility to meet any need your organization is experiencing. 

At HGI, we understand that while these employees are temporary, they should still be a top quality candidate. Contract positions are flexible and can adapt to your needs as they change, these placements are only as long as you need them.

Contract employees found by HGI’s award winning team can be used to fill any role from seasonal employment positions to project based assignments.  Contract Staffing also offers the opportunity to easily transition a contract employee into a full time, permanent team member at any point.
