The Harrison Group Manufacturing team is partnering with a strong manufacturer in the Northwest Indiana area to bring in a Director of Maintenance to their team. This organization has been consistently growing and recently purchased 2 additional buildings to accommodate its growing needs.
This position will be responsible for driving preventive maintenance efforts across the facility and evaluating the equipment conditions to determine if and when new equipment is needed. This position will be the face of the maintenance department and will lead the growth efforts of the team as well.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-10 years of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems, work order systems, 5s, and lean manufacturing
- Understanding of mobile, overhead crane, and lifting equipment
- Experience leading a team
