With a longstanding commitment to excellence and a track record of serving the local community for over 25 years, our client designs and manufactures robust shrink packaging and bundling machinery for industrial applications.
Responsibilities:
- Create and interpret electrical schematics and panel layouts to guide system integration.
- Program and troubleshoot PLC and HMI controls to optimize equipment automation.
- Collaborate within cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical designs.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Provide field service and start-up support at customer sites as needed.
- Conduct system debugging, performance testing, and document operation procedures.
- Deliver training sessions to service personnel on machine operation and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in electrical schematic creation and panel layout development.
- Proficiency in PLC Programming and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to undertake field service assignments and start-up activities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to write operation manuals.
- Preferred experience in the packaging industry and automation sector.
- In-depth troubleshooting knowledge of electrical components and wiring systems.
