Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by conducting outbound phone calls and hosting web-based sales meetings to promote our client’s life insurance products.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of life insurance offerings to effectively position our client’s products.
  • Build trust with clients by asking insightful questions to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Achieve business objectives aligned with sales growth, producer engagement, and profitability targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of one year of sales or financial services industry experience.
  • Valid life insurance license.
  • FINRA Series 6/7, or commitment to obtain within 12 months of hire.
  • FINRA Series 63, or commitment to obtain within 12 months of hire.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities.
  • Technical proficiency to comprehend and convey new product and process concepts.
  • Client-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, adapt to change, and demonstrate forward-thinking.
