Our Manufacturing team is partnering with a well-established, high-end manufacturer in the Cleveland area to find a Plant Manager to oversee their plant operations. This organization has multiple locations in the area and with the continued growth they have been experiencing, need a leader to focus solely on one facility.
This position will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, as well as long-term planning of a plant of roughly 300 members, and working closely with management teams to establish safety, production, and quality control standards. They will plan and direct production activities as well as establish priorities ensuring effective operations and cost control.
Qualifications:
- 10+ Years of Manufacturing supervisory experience
- Experience managing large teams
- Ability to lead and mentor a management staff
- Experience with strategic long-term planning
