The HGI Manufacturing team is partnered with a manufacturing company west of Minneapolis, MN to bring on a Product Manager. As the Product Manager, you will assume a leadership position within the business, providing expert oversight and strategic direction for the assigned portfolio. Your role will encompass driving product development, managing capabilities, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional efforts to drive growth and manage product lifecycle.
- Analyze market and competitors, identify expansion opportunities, and develop business cases.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews, optimize capacity planning, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support customer engagements and promotional activities.
- Develop KPIs for performance measurement and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Hands-on manufacturing experience.
- Proven track record in business development and change management.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
