PROJECT COORDINATOR

Our client is a leading construction company dedicated to excellence in business. They are committed to hiring the most talented individuals who can contribute to their success. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to a team of six (6) to eight (8) project managers and project engineers. Key duties include:

  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing project-related materials.
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrating strong organizational skills to prioritize work effectively.
  • Utilizing excellent telephone and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) to create and maintain documents and correspondence.
  • Fostering a collaborative team environment with a friendly and cooperative attitude.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is advantageous.
  • Prior exposure to Procore software is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Preferred experience in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with Procore software is a significant advantage.
