Join our client’s team as a Construction Project Manager, where you will lead construction projects from concept to completion, managing contracts, budgets, and client relationships to ensure exceptional and profitable building experiences. Collaborate closely with Field Superintendents to deliver projects with attention to quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop cost estimates and budget breakdowns as required.
  • Participate in pre-construction activities including site assessments and risk assessments.
  • Review and understand drawings, contract documents, specifications, and changes.
  • Obtain necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance.
  • Negotiate contract modifications with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Solicit subcontractor bids and coordinate plan distribution.
  • Review and negotiate work scopes and contracts.
  • Manage RFIs and monitor progress.
  • Lead project start-up and ongoing reporting using Procore.
  • Manage project budgets and financial performance.
  • Coordinate material procurement and deliveries.
  • Administer pricing and change documentation.
  • Review billing requirements and pay applications.
  • Lead project close-out activities including final billings, warranties, and punch list completion.
  • Maintain effective communication and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and attend relevant training sessions.
  • Contribute positively to the team environment by setting examples of professionalism and dependability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of construction building experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore.
  • Experience with BIM, Bluebeam, or similar industry programs preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience working on commercial construction projects.
