REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT – RETIREMENT

Our client, a leading provider of retirement solutions, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs). As the Regional Vice President (RVP), you will report to the Divisional Vice President (DVP) and play a crucial role in driving sales growth and market share within your assigned territory. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and execute targeted sales plans, leveraging our client’s retirement products and resources.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan to increase sales, enhance brand awareness, and grow market share through new producer appointments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing producers, internal wholesalers, and the sales effectiveness team to achieve sales goals and educate financial professionals about our client’s offerings.
  • Identify and address producer needs effectively, adhering to sales processes to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct product and sales training sessions, seminars, workshops, and meetings to enhance producer knowledge and drive sales.
  • Strategically plan and manage the deployment of resources for the territory through marketing and sales initiatives, in partnership with the division marketing team.
  • Utilize company resources efficiently, including travel and expense budgets, to strengthen existing producer relationships and develop new connections.

Who You Are:

  • College graduate with a degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of prior wholesaling experience in bank and/or wirehouse distribution channels.
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7, Series 63, and Life and Health licenses.
  • Proven sales competence and presentation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the advisor community and industry.
  • Strong territory management experience with strategic planning abilities.
  • History of successful producer contacts within the territory.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and balance multiple priorities.
  • Extensive travel (75%) within the territory required; must reside within the assigned territory.
