The Senior Project Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of healthcare projects. This individual must possess a comprehensive understanding of the development process and an impressive track record as a project manager. They will project feasibility analysis in collaboration with partners, planners, and associates. Leads the qualification, selection, and contract negotiations for consultant team members as well as review, negotiate, and approve additional work requests.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred, along with a minimum of 8 years of progressive healthcare project management experience.
- Demonstrated professionalism and expertise in leading complex projects in planning, design, preconstruction, contract negotiations, cost control, scheduling, and team coordination.
- Strong skills in project budgeting, contract negotiations, and scheduling are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with executive-level healthcare clients both externally and internally.
